I've made 2.2.0a live.  Thanks!

And sorry about all the different libprotobufs.  Bumping the soname for
every release is pretty ugly but given the complexity of the protobuf
interface (particularly the interface between protoc-generated code and the
runtime library) there just isn't any other option.
