By the way seems to me problem independs from kernel. I've installed 2.6.39 kernel and tried to start domain with xl create and it is the same problem. When i try to start domain with xm i get error:
Error: Device 768 (vbd) could not be connected. Path closed or removed during hotplug add: backend/vbd/2/768 state: 1 On 3.0.0 with xm i don't see such error.
