Linux HVM guest has exactly the same behavior. It also restarts too
fast and xen destroys it. Linux PV i can't test right now, I'll try it
later.

Yeah, thank you for tip. I'll try to compile xen 4.1.1 from source
with old gcc and I'll write about results.
