i have changed the international telephone code for the local country to 45 for danish.

We don't have a telephone code for the local area in Denmark (so i have kept the German example.

Good.

I noticed that danish translation of quotes are replaced with question marks in my MUA (mutt), which probably means you are using "fancy" quotes. I suggest staying with simple quotes as in the C strings.

Example: "This prefix is \"00\" in most countries."
Translation: Dette pr??fiks er ??00?? i de fleste lande."
