When fbpanel starts, it checks for its template.
If there isn't any, it creates it using the package-provided "master"
template and *at that moment* checks for a fix set of 3 o 4 applications
hardcoded on some fbpanel scripts. If any available, it uses it.

I agree, I'm just trying to find a way to make everyone happy and just
using them in the case it goes for a generic icon.
