Oh.  Had not noticed that.  Must be something we inherited from the
Ubuntu package.

I thought this could be done using the config file.

Anyway, I realised that there is one option that can not be specified
in sssd.conf and thus provide a reason to support /etc/default/sssd:
-c to use a different configuration file.

For this, I believe we should add the sourcing of /etc/default/sssd,
but I also believe we should remove /etc/default/sssd from the package
to make it easier to upgrade.

Being able to specify -c would allow sites to provide their own
configuration without having to compete with others about the content
of /etc/sssd/sssd.conf.  Suspect this will be useful for Debian Edu.

Actually, I believe it should not be included in the package no matter
what, to allow system administrators to provide their overrides in
that file without getting a conffile question from dpkg when they
upgrade.
