Hey there Hámorszky, few minutes ago I was also getting a segfault with 10-3~prerelease and Xorg 7.5 . Following advices from a Ubuntu bug entry, I went ahead and backed up my xorg.conf before doing an "aticonfig --initial". I then edited my xorg.conf to clean it (removed double entries and made sure some of my customization stayed in (e.g. touchscreen/pen stuff)).
And voilà, fglrx 10-3~prerelease + Xorg 7.5 now work as a charm! You may want to try the same.
