Dear Heiko, dear TeX Live gurus,
if we run pdfxmltex in TL 2009 in pdf mode it dies with:
> (/usr/share/texmf-texlive/tex/context/base/supp-pdf.mkii

supp-pdf.mkii is loaded by hyperref.
That is hard to trigger in original upstream TeX Live because there
is another bug in the pdfxmltex.ini file in upstream TL2009, which
makes it use dvi mode all the time, since it loads first pdftexconfig.ini
and then xmltex.ini which in turn loads latex.ini which in turn
turns off pdfoutput... I will fix that one myself, but the above
problem is still present.
