The libcpanplus-perl package isn't in sid, but the other
six packages should end up in data/fields/perl-provides.
They do. libparams-check-perl also gets removed, presumably because the
separately packaged version only exists in oldstable - although for the same
reason, I'm not entirely sure how / why it got in to the list in the first
place.
If that sounds correct then I'll push the updated list.
