It's great that you're reporting bugs and trying to help Debian.

However, what we're doing here is trying to fix a bug that affects
*you*, not one that affects me. Because of this, I can't fix your
problem if I can't figure out what your problem is. Furthermore, the
more precisely you can present your problem, the more likely I'm going
to spend time resolving it (and the less of my time it's going to take
me to do so.)

How you say it doesn't matter much, so long as I can understand what
you're saying. I'm asking questions because I'm not sure that I've
understood your explanation.

Regardless, if your bug has been resolved already, then we can stop
here. If it hasn't been resolved, then you need to provide the
additional information I've requested if you wish me to be able to do
anything else to fix the underlying problem.
