Precisely. Somehow, the answer to 'which interfaces do you want to run DHCP
on?' has been answered with 10.10.10.14, thus populating
/etc/default/dhcp3-server with this instead of an interface name.

In my opinion, this is a case of garbage in, garbage out, and not a bug.
