FWIW: the fields are now "Vcs-*", heading "X-" is no longer needed. I
just don't want to leave false traces in whatever bug log about that :)

Ack on this solution, just choose the "highest" (assuming we have a good
definition of "highest", I postulate we can only approximate it) among
the available entries.
