The star man page names the binaries the same way they are in the filesystem. Where do you see problems? If you are _missing_ software at Debian, you may like to check out the schily source consolidation at: ftp://ftp.berlios.de/pub/schily/ the latest currently is: ftp://ftp.berlios.de/pub/schily/schily-2008-04-07.tar.bz2 > > My suggestions are always correct. I have no idea what you are talking about. ... if you are talking about the fact that Debian only offers an extremely outdated version of smake, then this is obviously not a problem caused by me. I am updating my software on a regular base. > I might also point out that with a well written buildprocess the clean target > is as simple as doing a SINGLE rm. No need to trace anything. If you believe that you are clever enough to write a working "make clean" for the schily makefilesystem - please send a patch, you are welcome! Sorry, I am just telling you how to do things right. You may follow this advise or not, but please do not try to make me responsible if you fail because you make things differently from what I proposed. In general, try to be more relaxed. I am always open to anyone who is open to new experiences....
