Hello Pascal
After clicking the system tray icon on my xfce4-desktop I got
the message "/bin/bash: evolution: command not found". Before the split
into two packages there was a config option for the preferred
mail-reader application. Do you consider to implement this feature again?
Hello Goran,
i'm unable to reproduce this problem, at least with version 4.1.dfsg.1-1 .
The message still appears within the terminal window from which the
program was started. Executing the command "Mail Reader" in the context
list of the system tray icon produces the same message.
Moreover, it's been possible to use a custom command upon mail
reception for a while now...
Using "icedove" as a custom command will immediately start the mail
reader upon mail reception. I'd rather prefer being able to open the
mail reader by clicking on the system tray icon whenever I like to do so.
Do you still have problems?
Well, it's not really a problem. It only lacks a bit of comfort I had
before the split.
Kind regards,
GG
