Yes, but the current upstream version is much newer, and it does no
longer contain any babel files.

Let's see whether Baruch speaks up; I guess we won't achieve anything
for etch, anyway, and in lenny the current ivritex will be uninstallable
unless we drop the Conflicts (which we won't until the new version is
packaged).
