Well I would suggest dropping ivritex or re-doing it completely. I was
preparing pseudo-nmu to be used with texlive, but found that the stuff
shipped in ivritex is much older (at least with respect to latex code)
then what is currently in texlive 2005, not to speak about texlive 2007.
But, as I have posted on the texlive and debian-tex-maint lists there is
a problem of the missing jerus10 fonts, and in general I have NO idea
what else in ivritex is not included in texlive 2005/7.

So we have 2 options:
- update ivritex to be in sync, ie remove the diversions of hebrew.ldf
  etc etc etc and ship only additional stuff
- let ivritex rest in peace.
