Yes, that are the newer files, where I own the copyright myself. I had added this as a preparation for the case, that I would have been able to get permission from other code owners to change all files to have the exception. But I had to notice, that I did not even get a reply from Jabber.com Inc. to my request for approval of the addition of the OpenSSL license exception. :-(
