OpenSSL support will be removed once GnuTLS has all functionallity. (I expect this in the next days.) And the licence will be changed then to be GPL-only.

I did notice that several of the files included linking exceptions for OpenSSL, but not all. So, this is completely understandable.

Yes, I believe you have. I just wanted to document why there could not be an immediate upload of the current release.

I hope you have not taken any of my replies as personal attacks or lack of appreciation for your efforts in this matter. I really do appreciate the work you've done here.
