1. I wont apply the change
"Site internet :" --> "Site Internet :"
While in English it is very common to capitalize several words, in
French it is an absolute no go - only the first word of a sentence
should ever be capitalize, and when people do otherwise, they are just
following english trends.
I guess the Académie would confirm that - my source is a speech
given by a teacher a while ago, when I was doing my MA in History,
about all this little mistakes they often found in student works.

I have nothing against applying this change but what makes the first
translation wrong?

I'm 99% this change is buggy. Units are always separated by a space in
French.
English -> French:
10MB -> 10 Mo
99% -> 99 %
(Well, indeed, the msgstr should probably be "%s %", using sprintf)
