I will have to find a CD. On the other hand, the example is clear enought,
even if the directory hierarchy do not match actual CDs.

I don't think there's a rationnal for dpkg in bold or regular font.
After a quick look, I could find 2 of these, and fixed them.
I dont't think it's worth fixing all the manpages this way.
