Severity Note: I don't know how significant these errors are.  May be trivial, 
or it may make the docs unusable.  In fact, when I try to browse 
/usr/share/doc/r-doc-html/manual all the files are 0 bytes and I get "file does 
not seem to exist anymore"

On the latest apt-get dist-upgrade:
