Perhaps a missing dependency? Quite possible, but I'm a bit unsure which one. It works fine for me. Are you using the KDE Plasma desktop or something else? Maybe it is a KDE icon theme that is missing. I can have a look in the next couple of days. If you want to beat me to it, you could check with strace for unsuccessful file accesses. Bernhard
