The Wasserstein module will become functional when POT is packaged (see #949381).
In case a user is wondering: if you have python3-gudhi and run "pip3 install POT", the Wasserstein module will work, this is only a runtime dependency.
Of course it will be even better with a Debian package of POT :-)I have no idea right now if the dependency on POT is a long term thing, or if it will disappear in a couple releases.
