As you can see, this package exists in Debian Stretch (oldstable) and Debian
SID (unstable), but is not present in Debian Buster (stable).
The version in sid is cruft (a leftover binary package that should be
removed). It's only present on the sh4 architecture, which is in
debports, not debian proper.
$ rmadison libopencv-highgui2.4-deb0
shows only oldstable.
Perhaps rather than telling us the symptoms, you could tell us what the
actual problem you are having is. Do you have third party software that
needs rebuilding? Why do you care about this library which has been
replaced by a newer version.
Yes, i have a third party software that crashes without that library.
Before to ask them if they can rebuild with 3.2, i wanted to check if
could be any chance to have it in Buster from SID.
