Ah, it will be hard to do any d-i hacking before these are also available. Should I file wishlist bugs on these packages?

i'll give one of them a try when i've time, but unfortunately i've no
skills in d-i tasks so far, so i suggest to find somebody else who
provides the relevant patches.

also, should the udeb be named 'cryptsetup-udeb' (as currently) and
should it provide 'cryptsetup'?

Ask on the debian-boot list?
