Package: mit-scheme Version: 7.7.90+20060201-1 Severity: wishlist Hi, Chris.
First of all, thank you very much for packaging mit-scheme. I hope to use it for some of the next courses that I'll offer, if everything goes well. Anyway, I just wanted to file a (very low priority) bug to ask you if it would be possible to provide a better granularity of the contents of the package. For instance, I see that the documentation represents a good amount of the package (and, perhaps, this would be a good thing to have in an Architecture: all package). This, perhaps, could also be done to other files under /usr/lib/mit-scheme, if they are not platform dependent (I'm mostly thinking of the *.bci files). If they are indeed platform independent, then it would be nice to have then "factored out" also. Well, that's it. Once again, thanks for packaging mit-scheme, Rogério Brito. -- System Information: Debian Release: testing/unstable APT prefers testing APT policy: (900, 'testing') Architecture: i386 (i686) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Kernel: Linux 2.6.16-1 Locale: LANG=C, LC_CTYPE=pt_BR (charmap=ISO-8859-1) Versions of packages mit-scheme depends on: ii libc6 2.3.6-3 GNU C Library: Shared libraries an ii libdb4.4 4.4.20-3 Berkeley v4.4 Database Libraries [ ii libgdbm3 1.8.3-2 GNU dbm database routines (runtime ii libice6 6.9.0.dfsg.1-4 Inter-Client Exchange library ii libltdl3 1.5.22-2 A system independent dlopen wrappe ii libmcrypt4 2.5.7-5 De-/Encryption Library ii libmhash2 0.9.1-1 Library for cryptographic hashing ii libncurses5 5.5-1 Shared libraries for terminal hand ii libpq4 8.1.0-3 PostgreSQL C client library ii libsm6 6.9.0.dfsg.1-4 X Window System Session Management ii libssl0.9.8 0.9.8a-7 SSL shared libraries ii libx11-6 6.9.0.dfsg.1-4 X Window System protocol client li Versions of packages mit-scheme recommends: ii mime-support 3.36-1 MIME files 'mime.types' & 'mailcap -- no debconf information -- Rogério Brito : [EMAIL PROTECTED] : http://www.ime.usp.br/~rbrito Homepage of the algorithms package : http://algorithms.berlios.de Homepage on freshmeat: http://freshmeat.net/projects/algorithms/
