Might be, yes. Then again, this is something which dh_elpa does based on Debian package names, so I somehow doubt that there will be an elpa header field stating into which Debian package the description file will go. ;-) > P.S. There surely always will be packages where an emacs mode is just a tiny give-away to some bigger package. At least from my point of view, a separate binary package just for tpp's emacs-mode doesn't make sense.
