If this issue is due to a packaging error then Axel must have made the same mistake I did, but I'm not sure if it is. I believe this bug affects upstream sources that bundle a lisp file as part of a non-emacs package. I also wonder if some ELPA metadata is missing, causing dh-elpa to error? Axel, would you please post a git remote for tpp's WIP elpafied packaging? Cheers, Nicholas
