Your problem is that you are using experimental, which pulls in gcc-8 which in turn forces the removal of dkms for some reason. Why this happens is for you to analyze -- experimental is for experienced users, it is not self-contained and there is no guarantee that packages are installable all the time. You can try to run `apt-get update', it may fix the problem. Or not. The unar package doesn't depend on X libraries, this is obvious by looking at its Depends: field.
