This is an HPLIP URI.

Yes, but the PPD didn't come from hplip-ppds, so I am not sure if it is the
best for the HP CUPS driver in 0.9.7-4, etc. Of course, it is possible that
something is buggy in the 0.9.7-4 PPDs as well.

When you install hplip-ppds, remove to "modify printer" and redo the entire
printer setup. Otherwise CUPS won't refresh the device PPD.
