I spoke too soon. The test page started working, but then when I went to
print out a few pages from a PDF document using the hp: Driver URL
and it "crashed" the printer again. The same document worked fine
with the standard USB URL.
My printer is blinking the toner low light? Do you think it could be
trying to signal that information to hplid and that's part of the
problem?
