I could trigger the same error message when installing kdesdk-kio-plugins (It also provides a dynamic context menu). So I'm intended to blame it on KDE itself and not on kdesvn itself. My guess is, that it is maybe an outdated kbuildsycoca cache or the like. If you don't object I will consider to close the bug or reassign it to kdelibs-bin (which includes dcop,kbuildsycoca and kded) because I see no way how this error could be fixed within kdesvn.
