Opening http://www.river-bank.demon.co.uk/download/snapshots/PyQt4/ and right-clicking on the tar.gz gave me a number of message windows saying: The desktop file /usr/share/apps/konqueror/servicemenus/kdesvn_subversion_toplevel.desktop contains an invalid menu-entry Log. the other said the entries "Info, Blame and Rename" are invalid. Didn't pay attention wether the filename was always _toplevel, but it definetly was for the Log-entry. 2nd time right-clicking - everythings fine. This really looks like KDE has problems.
