As I said I can't reproduce this other than disabling kdesvnd...

Thinking about it: When was the last update of kdesvnd? IIRC it was
Sunday or Monday that I loaded it. If that's right, there were at least
2 reboots between installing the new kdesvn (from within kde) and
getting this error...
