Uploading now, debdiff attached (it is trivial). If this one doesn't work, I'll give up and say "testing/unstable users should probably have a stable-security source anyway". I'll open a bug for the unbuildability of the bundled vpx on armhf, since it seems like it will probably bite security updates too (for all I know it already has, but security buildd logs are secret because they sometimes handle embargoed packages, so I can't check). The finer points of NEON are not my area of expertise, so I'll probably have to X-Debbugs-Cc debian-arm and walk away. S
