If the release team / the iceweasel maintainers approve, I could
supersede iceweasel/38.1.1esr-1~deb9u1 with 38.2.0esr-1~deb9u1 (rebuilt
in stretch with a similarly minimal change) when 3.8.2.0esr-1 reaches my
mirror. Let me know; it'll take some time to compile it.
If you want to let 38.1.1esr-1~deb9u1 propagate from t-p-u into testing
first, that's also fine from my point of view.
