Ok, I'll revert my change to your supplied file and I'll add these 3 back to 
doom3.yaml .

Having doom3-bfg-data depending on doom-wad, doom2-wad...etc 
& shipping symlinks seems overly complicated and not so robust
(you may end up with a doom.wad from a different source that
again rbdoom3bfg won't expect).
