What they call "Classic Doom 3" is a mod with the remake of the shareware episode, but with Doom3 engine These are the files that would go in doom3-classic-data: (maybe not the _dll.pk4 & _mac.pk4 ?) http://www.doomworld.com/vb/doom-3-general/55458-classic-doom-3-wont-work/ Loaded pk4 C:\Program Files (x86)\Doom 3\cdoom\cdoom_dll.pk4 with checksum 0x898fa4ef Loaded pk4 C:\Program Files (x86)\Doom 3\cdoom\cdoom_linux.pk4 with checksum 0xfc8f134b Loaded pk4 C:\Program Files (x86)\Doom 3\cdoom\cdoom_mac.pk4 with checksum 0xb61c30e6 Loaded pk4 C:\Program Files (x86)\Doom 3\cdoom\cdoom_main.pk4 with checksum 0x9ff6284b Loaded pk4 C:\Program Files (x86)\Doom 3\cdoom\cdoom_maps.pk4 with checksum 0xa7bb2433 Loaded pk4 C:\Program Files (x86)\Doom 3\cdoom\cdoom_models.pk4 with checksum 0x22e8b18 Loaded pk4 C:\Program Files (x86)\Doom 3\cdoom\cdoom_sounds.pk4 with checksum 0xae50243c Loaded pk4 C:\Program Files (x86)\Doom 3\cdoom\cdoom_textures.pk4 with checksum 0x1be0b07f The .wad's are just the original game included as goodies ... so they just should be handled by existing doom.yaml / doom2.yaml. Maybe it would be simpler to rename doom.yaml to doom1.yaml and have "gdp doom" try out to package all the versions at once. (also final doom) > I think I'd prefer a list of dicts like this: > steam: > - { id: 2300, path: "common/Doom 2" } > - { id: 208200, path: "common/Doom 3 BFG Edition" } Ok, I just didn't know one could do this in YAML Regards, Alexandre -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
