Oh hrm.. To be frank I'm unsure when mv_conffile is used, confusion originates because we are installing 69-droid-sans-fallback.conf. So I thought removing old config is correct. But thinking again you are right we might loose changes if I do rm_conffile. So I will fix this to use mv_conffile.
