Uninstalling and re-installing obviously has no effect. The instructions I linked also mention that you need to disable the pam_systemd PAM module. Have you done that? Keep in mind that this will break a lot of stuff under systemd, though. Btw, why do you need ulatencyd at all? -- Why is it that all of the instruments seeking intelligent life in the universe are pointed away from Earth?
