Well, with the information given in Hilko's reply I suggest tp consider oprhaning the package or file some other appropiate bug against wnpp (RFA, RFH or even a RM against ftp.d.o) Reading #745736. .. Well, I think we talk about #609736 here when we talk about "that" NMU. IMHO Its generally ok to not approve a NMU but not in this case as CTTE decission are binding (#698556) Sorry, but the "I do not want to bless that NMU with an upload of mine." is not acceptable at all.
