Right.  The bug's still open and Ben is in the process of fixing this (see
vcs-bzr branch).

The other thing I'd like Ben to consider is whether to adopt Dmitry's proposed
delta in Ubuntu, specifically:

which demotes libjs-jquery-{hotkeys,isonscreen,tablesorter} to Suggests.  The
reason Ubuntu wants to carry this delta is so that when Recommends are
automatically installed, we're not installing cross repositories (py-coverage
in main, libjs-jquery-* in universe).  The other option would be to MIR those
JavaScript libraries, though I don't know how successful that request would
be.

This is probably related to #728058, since I think those libraries are only
necessary when generating the html output.

Do we still need the Breaks?

My goal here is to get to a point where there's no delta in Ubuntu.  I'd be
happy to file bugs and/or help with any work that gets us closer to that
goal.
