I'm afraid this doesn't seem to truly fix this bug.  uwsgi still
Build-Depends on apache2-threaded-dev, which is no longer available with
Apache 2.4, so this currently fails to build on Ubuntu and will
eventually either fail to build in unstable or block the removal of the
old MPM binary packages from unstable.

I hope this is just a matter of dropping the build-dependency ...
