Hi, I have uploaded 1.9.13-1 that addresses the transition to apache 2.4. I would not like to make new uploads of 1.2.3 release to unstable and to maintain both 1.2 and 1.9 while waiting for 1.9 release to pass the NEW queue. Hopefully 1.9 will enter unstable soon as there are many other fixes and improvements.
