So you're seeing errors already, but there are no ill effects yet? I'd like to know if it really does end up crashing this time. And then: * can Alt-F1 still switch consoles? (you said no before) * does the mouse pointer still move? (I guess not?) * can you find anything specific that triggers it? (so far, no?) And then I think there will be enough information to file an upstream bug report. Hopefully someone else has some ideas though.
