The only changes between libexif 0.6.20-2 and 0.6.20-3 are security
patches backported from libexif 0.6.21.

By now, I'm not able to reproduce the bug hence I'm not able to fix it.

It's seems to be related to some kind of icons cache but I have to few
informations to understand what happened.

I'll be glad if the people able to reproduce this bug could attach to
this bug report the result of the following command:

# strace -e open chromium-browser 2>&1|grep icon-theme.cache|grep -v ENOENT
