Hi all,
I know this topic has been up several times before. I have read most of the
threads, but they did not help me all the way. I feel I am quite close to
getting it working, I just need a little bit more help.

I have an Acer Aspire V3 laptop with integrated Intel graphics and also
Nvidia Geforce GTX 850M, which I want to get to work with Darktable, in
case there is any performance gain with OpenCL.

I started out with installing Bumblebee, the Nvidia 340 driver and other
stuff necessary to get Bumblebee working. By then Darktable wouln't load
libOpenCL.

Another thread on this list suggested that I needed nvidia-cuda-toolkit
installed, and so I did. libOpenCL now loads, but I'm stuck. This is the
relevent part of the output from 'optirun darktable -d opencl':

[opencl_init] trying to load opencl library: '<system default>'
[opencl_init] opencl library 'libOpenCL' found on your system and loaded
[opencl_init] could not get platforms: -1001
[opencl_init] FINALLY: opencl is NOT AVAILABLE on this system.
[opencl_init] initial status of opencl enabled flag is OFF.

The problem is the line "could not get platforms: -1001"

/etc/OpenCL/vendors/nvidia.icd points to libnvidia-opencl.so.1 which is a
symlink to libnvidia-opencl.so.340.46. One suggestion I found was that
nvidia.icd should point to libcuda.so. I tried that, but it didn't make any
difference.

What can I do now to get it working?
