maybe you are imagining the implicit components? I didn't say that you
are ignorant, I said that anyone living 500 years and a couple thousand
miles away from something is necessarily farther removed from the facts.
I'm sorry if you consider that an attack on your person, but it really
was not intended as such.

if you insist in that being your opinion, I'll probably not be able to
do anything about that. it's a bit unfortunate that you don't address
the arguments since your knowledge of dates and persons indicates that
you either do have wide knowledge or are not too lazy to check the facts
in whatever resources you have - both things I do consider valuable.
maybe the next discussion will prove to be more productive.
