I have installed cygwin on a Window2003 server. The install see to go in with out problems.
I installed and started inetd with the following commands Cygrunsrv -I inetd -d "CYGWIN inetd" -p ...... Cygrunsrv -S inetd I looked in the Window 2003 services and it in the list. The problem is that when I start inted I can do several ps -ef and see it in the list but then it just dies. I have looked in the events logs but all it says is that it started and it ended. I do not get any other log entries. 06:45:16 "The description for Event ID ( 0 ) in Source ( inetd ) cannot be found.
