Review Comment:
For `SingleStageBrokerRequestHandler`, this is not needed because
`BadQueryRequestException` thrown by `ServerQueryExecutorV1Impl` is stored in
BrokerResponseNative object. It's directly parsed in
PinotClientRequest::getPinotQueryResponse.
For this `MultiStageBrokerRequestHandler`, this was needed because query was
handled by `_queryDispatcher.submitAndReduce`.
